"Driving Test Routes Ireland" (Google Play) / "Ireland Driving Test Routes" (App Store) ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: We use Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In to manage user accounts. We collect your Name, Email Address, and a unique User ID to secure your account and save your progress.
• Location Data: Our app requires access to your Precise Location to provide turn-by-turn voice navigation and track your vehicle along the test routes. This data is processed locally and by our mapping provider (Mapbox) to function. We do not sell your location data.
• Usage Data & Diagnostics: We track which routes you have marked as "Driven" to provide the progress tracking feature, storing this securely in Google Cloud Firestore. Furthermore, to improve app stability, our third-party SDKs may automatically collect anonymous diagnostic data, including crash logs, performance metrics, and product interaction data.
• Purchase History: We use RevenueCat to process and manage subscriptions. We do not view or store your credit card information directly; this is handled securely by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Weekly Panic Pass: Auto-renews weekly.
• Monthly Standard: Auto-renews monthly.
• 6-Month Premium: Auto-renews every 6 months.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. For iOS users, manage your subscription via your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Android users, manage it via your Google Play Account settings. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

4. Third-Party Services & No Tracking

We use the following third-party services to operate the core functionality of our app:

• Google Firebase / Apple Sign-In: For authentication and database management.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management.
• Mapbox: For Turn-by-Turn navigation.

No Advertising or Tracking: As of our latest update, this app is completely ad-free. We do not display third-party advertisements, we do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data. Our app is supported entirely by user subscriptions.

Legacy App Versions: Please note that if you are using an older version of the app (released prior to our ad-free update), Google AdMob may still be active and collect Device Identifiers to display ads. We strongly recommend updating to the latest version of the app in the App Store or Google Play Store to enjoy the completely ad-free, tracking-free experience.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app via the Profile > Delete Account option.

6. Liability

This app is an educational aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass your driving test. We are not liable for any driving test results, accidents, or incidents that occur while driving. Always prioritize safety, keep your eyes on the road, and obey all traffic laws.
